We are suppliers of reclaimed California lumber, primarily redwood and Douglas-fir; wood that we carefully dismantle from structures whose useful life has ended. This includes sawmills, warehouses, and industrial buildings.
These buildings contain old growth timbers logged in the latter 1800's or early part of this century when big trees were plentiful and only the best were selected for harvest.

Close-ups & description
Our inventories run from 1" x 4" to 16" x 20" and larger, with lengths to 36 feet. We have over 300,000 Board Feet of stock on hand.

Currently featured are redwood and Douglas-fir beams from the Union Lumber Co's old-growth sawmill in Fort Bragg, California, built in 1887.

Later this year, we will have Douglas-fir, Sugar Pine and Incense Cedar grown on the slopes of Mt. Shasta from the deconstruction of the old Morgan Door Co's mill in Weed California. In that project we expect to offer for sale 1,000,000 Board Feet of 3" x 14" x 20' and another 500,000 Board Feet of 6" and larger timbers.

Given the size, character and historical value of much of this wood, we are interested in finding "good homes" where the wood will be shown and appreciated for its unique character in structures that will still be standing well into the next century.
